Space Titanic: Gremlin Duty

Welcome aboard the Space Titanic, the most luxurious interstellar cruise liner ever built! As a fresh-faced junior repair technician, you were expecting an easy shift in the ship’s underbelly, maybe a little routine maintenance—nothing too exciting. But tonight, you've drawn Gremlin Duty.

Tiny, mischievous space gremlins have infested Boiler Room 8, scurrying between furnaces, steam valves, and a gravity generator, sabotaging anything they can get their little hands on. Your job? Keep the boilers running, prevent the gravity generator from failing, and hold the ship together until the automated gas purge can clear them out.

Systems are fragile, and when things go wrong, they go really wrong. Boilers overheating? Expect pipes to burst, steam to scald, and fires to spread. Gravity generator disabled? You’ll be floating helplessly, struggling to zap gremlins while drifting through the chaos. With each system failure, surviving gets harder—can you hold the line long enough to prevent total disaster?

How to Play:

Hold down the mouse button on broken machinery until the repair gauge fills completely, releasing too soon will reset your progress! Keep holding until the object visibly switches to its repaired state.

Gremlins will retreat if you chase them toward their holes on either side of the level, but for a longer-lasting effect, zap them! A well-placed shock keeps them away much longer than simply scaring them off.

Possible Future Plans

Thruster Calibration Failures – If the gremlins tamper with the ship’s navigation systems, expect wild shifts in momentum, throwing you across the level as artificial gravity struggles to compensate.
Furnace Malfunctions & Freezing Hazards – If the furnaces go out, expect temperature drops, causing ice buildup, slowed movement, and brittle machinery.
Expanded Malfunctions – More complex repair tasks and cascading system failures.
More Gremlins – New types of gremlins with unique behaviors and sabotage methods.
New Weapons & Tools – Additional gadgets to combat and control the infestation.
More Levels – Other sections of the Space Titanic that need saving (or at least delaying their inevitable destruction).
Power-Ups & Upgrades – Temporary boosts or permanent upgrades to your Arc Wrench and repair abilities.
