Garage Asset Pack

A 3D model of a common looking garage with a working animated garage door. The animation files can be found in the animation zip file for download, or if you're using Unity you can just download the package that has all the materials, prefabs, and animations setup already.

Also included is a porch light, a window, a door, a plug socket, and a light switch model.

The meshes are all in fbx format, and the textures are all in png format with height, normal, ao, smoothness/metallic, and albedo/diffuse maps included. Grass texture, and fences seen in screenshots not yet available, but will be soon in my upcoming fences pack. Although there is grass textures available in some of my other packs.
